Our leadership team
Our interdisciplinary leadership team knows everyday project work first hand, with practical experience in design, development and technical implementation. We steer specialised departments in close coordination and ensure processes in which strategy, technology and communication interlock in a structured way.
Alexander
As Creative Director, Alexander is responsible for the design of all visual measures at Pageworkers. He leads the design team, develops brand images and creates digital interfaces that combine performance with aesthetics. He understands design as part of entrepreneurial positioning.
Malek
With a Master of Science from Maastricht University and an entrepreneurial career in the tech industry, Malek is responsible for the strategic and technical leadership of Pageworkers as managing director. Born in Aachen, he previously founded two tech start-ups, accompanied more than 500 digital projects and brings extensive experience in web development, project management and the scaling of digital business models.
Bassam
Bassam is Operations Manager at Pageworkers and, like Malek Arab, comes from Aachen. Their joint studies in Maastricht form the basis of a long-standing collaboration. Bassam runs the operational areas, steers internal processes and makes sure tasks are distributed in a structured way and carried out reliably.
Anna
Anna is responsible for controlling and business development at Pageworkers. With her M.Sc. in International Business she brings sound business and international experience to the further development of the agency. She analyses key figures, accompanies financial planning and supports the management in strategic decisions. She also drives internal projects forward and takes on a wide range of organisational tasks.
